Historic Faith Ministry
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ Ephesians 4:15
Welcome!  We seek to serve the spiritual and educational needs of re-enactors and the public by presenting the Christian history of North America.  We work with museums, schools, historical societies, churches and re-enacting groups.  Our initial focus is from 1850 to 1880.  We hope to eventually tell the story of this historic faith from the age of exploration to the current era.
Background music is "Oh for a Thousand Tougues to Sing", words by Charles Wesley, 1739, tune, "Azmon", by Carl G. Glaser, 1828. This is hymn no.10 in our Virginia and Federal Prayer Books.  Do you want to learn it?  Click here for the words to sing along.
Our next event will be a Historic Easter Morning Prayer Service at the Mount Zion Church, Loudoun County Virginia, April 17, 2004.  Our 2004 schedule will soon be posted on the Extras Page
If we abide by the principles taught in the Bible, our country will go on prospering and to prosper, but if we and our posterity ignore its instructions and authority, no man can tell how sudden a catastrophe may overwhelm us and bury all our glory in profound obscurity.
Robert E. Lee

I am profitably engaged in reading the Bible.  Take all of this Book that you can by reason and the balance by faith, and you will live and die a better man.  It is the best book given by God to man. Abraham Lincoln
